Suzanne Somers, actress dies aged 76
I just wanted to inform fans that the American actress Suzanne Somers has died at the age of 76 following a decades-long battle with cancer, her publicist has confirmed. She began her acting career in the late 1960s and early 1970s with small parts in TV shows including The Love Boat and One Day at a Time before landing the role of Chrissy Snow in Three's Company in 1977. It was way back in 1973 when Somers made one of her early (uncredited) appearances in Magnum Force. Somers featured as one of the girls during the swimming pool party massacre filmed on Sugarloaf Drive, Tiburon, California.
