One for completists only I suspect, but I’ve seen this on
Ebay numerous times and always skipped over it. However, when presented in
front of you in a charity shop it deserved a closer inspection, and it’s
actually a respectable little CD. No phoney covers here – all original
Morricone and Montenegro and a really diverse selection all of which sound
great. I know you can argue Montenegro’s tracks are covers, but not the bad
types that often suffocated the market…
I picked it up (for 33p) simply for the Eastwood cover, but
it's actually quite a bit more – worth looking out for on Ebay if cheap enough
for your tastes.
